shin*tako (jingitaiko) (mouth of trunk)

We say "mouth of trunk", and it is unusual in Kagura that there is not dance and plays only by musical accompaniment (large drum and side drum, beating time with hands, flute). Body is large drum and is played to at the age of drum and drum cut open and dried which we had made newly competing in concrete facing of old drum. It is said to be the collected studies which various sound music in Iwamikagura was settled in combination for, and hand of hand, the back of hand, the inside before and time, song of drum change. We play by drums more than two while singing hymn song in kagura.
